Pre-Application Webinar: Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program for Individuals with Serious Mental Illness

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is announcing a virtual webinar for prospective applicants interested in applying for fiscal year 2024 Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program for Individuals with Serious Mental Illness (AOT). The webinar will provide an overview of the NOFO and application requirements. More information on Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program for Individuals with Serious Mental Illness and the webinar is available.

The purpose of this program is to implement new AOT programs in communities to support adults with serious mental illness (SMI) who meet state-specific criteria for AOT. Recipients are expected to implement a multi-disciplinary AOT program and work with courts, community partners, and other entities to support community-based treatment for adults with SMI who meet criteria for AOT.

Registration is not required.
