The teenage years can be confusing and stressful. Not only is your body going through physical changes as you mature, but you are also dealing with many different added pressures impacting your mental and emotional health such as:

•    Fitting in at school and among peers

•    Getting good grades

•    Excelling in extracurricular activities or sports

•    Working a part-time job

•    Preparing for college or life after high school

These added stressors can cause you to be anxious, depressed or just mentally exhausted. But the good news is you have come to the right place! There are many different ways of coping with and getting rid of these normal feelings. We will explore ways to combat anxiety, depression, stress and poor self-esteem in this section.
